Pay As You Go Phones

June 15, 2011

Pay As You Go mobile phones don’t operate under any contract and you only pay for the usage on your phone. These types of plans are great if you don’t use your mobile phone a lot or if you use it mainly for voice and not internet browsing or texting. The only downside to Pay As You Go products is that you must prepay for them in advance. There are a number of companies in the UK that offer Pay As You Go including the Orange network, Three, Vodafone, T-Mobile, Virgin, and O2.

When it comes to paying or topping up your Pay As You Go product there are a variety of methods that you can pay which include a credit card or a debit card from your bank as well as paying at a retail store. Sometimes purchased credit for the phone does have an expiry date so you must use up the credit within the allotted time period or it will expire.
